SchoolCPD.com is the new online, transparent, professional development system allowing your staff members to:

Quickly record lesson observations against the new Ofsted framework

Securely store evidence regarding the above in your e-portfolio - meaning teachers can report on which standards they have evidence for to go through threshold

The system provides a simple method for teachers to record CPD activity, linked to the National Standards and build a portfolio of evidence to support. Staff can complete Performance Management Reviews and link targets to their CPD activity. An evaluation of each activity and a judgement of its impact is recorded to track effectiveness.

As a school you can identify areas of strength or weakness across the whole site. Line managers can effectively monitor staff development. You can also share best practice and CPD outcomes amongst your staff. You can tailor the system to add your own school targets and objectives.

The system is web based so it is accessible at all times for staff in school or at home. Reduce the cost of paper and improve the management of processes through the systems data analysis.
